"Where the Buffalo Roam" ~ Traveling through Custer State Park in South Dakota, I came across this American bison sign. Strength, pride, and creation summed up in one capture. (Custer State Park, South Dakota)
"American Sky" ~ Captured just outside Custer State Park in South Dakota, I had originally passed this rustic American truck by, but as is normally the case, something internally told me to turn around and photograph the scene. (Hermosa, South Dakota)
"Bleeding Orange" ~ This cemetery caught my eye, during an early morning drive through Kent, Ohio. Maybe it was the relic building adorned, in a mint green ivy. Maybe it was the flashes of oranges and reds, bleeding out from the surrounding trees. Or maybe Edward Herman, from Company A of the 22nd PA Volunteer Calvary, Civil War Veteran, somehow ushered me in, as he rested peacefully beneath my feet. (Kent, Ohio)
"This Old America Truck" ~ Someone had asked me if I had any American flag captures in Townsend, Montana. I didn't then, but I do now. (Townsend, Montana)
"Quarter Circle Road" ~ The sun bleeds colors out here, that I have never witnessed before. (Helena, Montana)
"Big Sky Autumn" ~ Ten to fifteen minutes prior to this capture, a bull elk with antlers crossed the road. What an epic shot had the sky been on fire while this amazing creature caught up to its herd. Sadly, it was early dawn, and the lighting just wouldn’t permit it. (Big Sky, Montana)
